Suchindram's First Golf Lesson
Hi,
Today I took my son suchindram for his first Golf lesson at West side Golf Course, Gainesville. His coach Fredrick J Rossi, my good friend and Indophile offered a few tips. Fred (as he is known amongst friends) an accomplished golfer himself, spend about 2 hours teaching him and me. Of course you will not find me in movie since I was trying to film the ocassion on a borrowed camera in which all the instructions were in spanish (which was like Greek to me!!!) so much so that I pressed yes for a ceratin question and lost all my clips :-((
Well, I had to make my movie with some of the new clips and an interview (which Suchindram very graciously accepted to give) to keep my movie venture afloat. So here is my first misdirected movie on a borrowed camera (not to forget - spanish instructions) - Thanks to the proud owner -Andras Susaeta de lauren..howsoever hard I try I always misspell his name!! I thought mine was difficult..
Anyway here I am with my first movie venture...

Nature Tour Podcast
Hi everybody,
This is my first podcast for the people who love outdoors. Many a times I have seen people going unprepared for the outdoors, resulting which, their experiences about it are "not so happy" ones. So, in this podcast, I have placed a few tips in this podcast for the nature tours.

Straight from the Heart
Straight from the Heart???
Thats what the people of Garhwal are all about! Garhwal is situated in the Himalayan state Uttaranchal ( Uttarakhand), India. Uttaranchal boasts of many places of pilgrimage like Haridwar, Rishikesh, Badrinath and Kedarnath to name a few and places of scenic beauty like Mussoorire, Auli, Dehradun, Lansdowne and so on...
When you meet someone from Garhwal the first thing that strikes you is the simplicity and fearless attitude of the Garhwali people. This is what the natives of Garhwal Himalayas are known for. The stories of their simplicity, truthfulness and honesty have been immortalised by people all over the world who travelled these hills for exploring its scenic beauty or for peace. Jim Corbette the famous hunter turned conservationist has also mentioned about the truthfulness and honesty of the people living in Garhwal. It has a famous army bearing its name - The Garhwal Regiment; some of the best soldiers have come from Garhwal.
I am very proud to be a a native of Garhwal and would keep this blog going - straight from heart!!!
